The World’s Best Female Chef Ana Ros joins Paul Carmichael of Australia’s reigning hottest restaurant and global trailblazer Jock Zonfrillo for a full-flavoured dining experience.
Three culinary game-changers in one kitchen at one time is sure to produce a menu – and an evening – to remember.
Ros will bring her earth-inspired viewpoint to the table, Zonfrillo offers his signature skill with native and foraged ingredients while Carmichael has proven his influences from his Barbados ancestry, former home New York and now Sydney are the foundation for brilliant and surprising dishes.
Together the three will celebrate an Australian institution – the ‘anti wine show’ Hot 100 Wines – born through The Adelaide Review and commemorating 10 outstanding seasons in 2017. This dinner is a wholehearted nod to the State’s most drinkable wines.
