Come and look inside our kitchen.
The sold-out attraction of Tasting Australia returns in 2018 - the Glasshouse Kitchen.
A glowing mecca of the best food and beverage experiences in the city centre, a home for the best chefs, produce, wines and spirits from around the world, the country and South Australia.
Following its hugely successful debut in 2017, Glasshouse Kitchen will bring even more firepower to the Tasting Australia lineup in 2018 with a whole new collection of collaborators and menus.
Michelin starred chefs, World’s 50 Best Restaurant alumni, Australia’s Best Restaurant and Hottest Chef title-holders, the country’s top culinary minds and South Australia’s local heroes will all be there.
Join them in Town Square (the event hub in Victoria Square/Tartanyangga) in one of the industry’s most exceptional spaces – a series of glasshouses, radiating from within from light, creativity and contentment. Across the square you can see the chefs hard at work in the kitchen as they prepare four spectacular courses to be served to you, our guests, with premium beverages curated by wine expert Nick Stock and East End Cellars to match.
Each evening will have a guiding theme to satisfy all tastes and preferences – see the full schedule below.
Book fast or risk missing out.
