Group Chef of GM Hotels Ltd, Chris Wotton has been cooking since 1989.
Chris has crossed Australia from East to West working in kitchens in the Whitsunday Islands in Queensland, Hunter Valley in New South Wales and Margaret River in Western Australia.
Until 2015, Chris was working with Tasting Australia Patron Maggie Beer developing new products and bring to life the inspiring ideas that Maggie created in her kitchen, as well as recipe testing, cooking demonstrations and co-hosting live shows.
