James Brinklow

James Brinklow joined The Lane Vineyard in 2009, following an impressive start to his young Chef career, working in some of Adelaide’s most outstanding restaurants including the Mona Lisa and Auge restaurant. Upon joining The Lane, James was able to forge an innovative and contemporary path, championing local regional produce alongside estate grown premium wines, with the mantra of pursuing elegance in simplicity. 

Over the years, James has evolved the dining concept introducing a range of menus, with the inclusion of a 'Chef's Table,' for bespoke dining experiences, to more casual outdoor dining,
