In 2017 Tasting Australia welcomed the debut of its Town Square restaurant, Glasshouse Kitchen, where guest and local chefs worked side-by-side to create unique menus starring local produce.
Its glass façade allowed passers-by the chance to take a peek at what was on the menu each evening, while guests inside were able to soak up the iconic surroundings of Adelaide Town Hall, Adelaide Post Office and the enchanting Victoria Square.
Set up for service every night of the Tasting Australia festival, the Glasshouse Kitchen welcomed some of the biggest names of the culinary world right now.
Joining the lineup was industry trailblazer Marco Pierre White and the unassuming powerhouse from Slovenia, Ana Ros - the World’s Best Female Chef for 2017.
