2KW executive chef Trent Lymn loves pork in all its forms - aged, brined, roasted, pulled and pickled - and he's ready to showcase his skills in a range of delicious dishes. The venue has also called on The Hills Cider Company to produce an experimental brew for this occasion and word is it's truly amazing.
