Grant Burge Wines and Cellar Kitchen executive chef Derek Salmon will craft an intimate meal matched with Grant Burge's finest back vintage wines and served in the beautiful Meshach Cellar. This historic venue - not usually open for dining - is nestled among vineyards at the top of Krondorf Road and boasts sweeping valley views.
Salmon is set bring a fine-dining touch to the very best South Australian produce across six memorable courses.
Grant Burge chief winemaker Craig Stansborough will lead guests through vertical tastings of the label's flagship Shadrach cabernet sauvignon and Meshach shiraz, with vintages spanning four decades side by side and a selection of current releases also set to be showcased.
