Sydney-based Morgan-Jones is considered Australia's leading aged care chef. Before joining HammondCare he worked in acclaimed international restaurants and with the British royal family. The next phase of his career has included a collection of cookbooks focusing on recipes for older people and those with eating difficulties or dementia.
