Australiana continued at The Mile End
Uniquely Australian ingredients will star in a diverse lunch at one of Adelaide's most historic pubs.
Saltbush dukkah will kick off this Tasting Australia event, to be held in the Mile End Hotel beer garden beside a roaring open wood fire. A lamb entrée and Australasian emu curry are also set to feature.
Head chef David White will create the feed me-style menu in celebration of the abundance and possibilities of native ingredients. Guests are invited to let their tastebuds run wild. The Mile End Hotel boasts an art-deco fit-out, four open fireplaces and spaces to relax in year-round.
