Olive is a Bundjalung man whose family originated from the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Part of reality show The Chefs’ Line on SBS television, he has worked everywhere from film sets and universities to à la carte restaurants. The Bush Tucker Experience will see Olive at his creative and inspirational best. He’ll prepare a collection of recipes that guests can try, and show you the most delicious ways to include native food in home-cooked dishes. This Tasting Australia event will be held on the same day as The Farmers Fare — Bush Tucker Experience, giving ticket-holders a comprehensive look at indigenous ingredients.
