Taste and learn alongside a legendary butcher in this Australian Good Meat masterclass.
You’ll join Doug Piper to discover lamb at its most magnificent, with a focus on identifying curious cuts and how to cook them. A South Australian lamb farmer will also take part in each session, sharing their story and revealing how world-class standards and sustainable farming practices make local lamb the best in the world.
Guests will sample two cuts of lamb, to be served with a glass of Yalumba red or a Pirate Life beer.
Develop a deeper understanding of the paddock to plate journey by asking questions to discover first-hand the work it takes to produce the greatest meat on earth.
