You’ll leave Adelaide on Saturday morning and travel with Platinum Air to Rawnsley Park Station, an acclaimed property bringing luxe touches to bush life. The 12,000 hectare working sheep station includes the Woolshed Restaurant, where you’ll have lunch before touring Ikara/Wilpena Pound. After the tour — which includes a short walk into the pound and a visit to Hills homestead, time permitting — you will return to Rawnsley Park and settle into your eco villa accommodation. Each offers uninterrupted views of the ranges and an over-bed skylight, perfect for stargazing. A four-course lamb tasting dinner will be hosted in the Woolshed Restaurant, with matched Clare Valley wines accompanying each dish.
