Winter Garden and Larder Dinner
Jacqui's Food Fetish brings you a special Winter Garden and Larder dinner where three of South Australia's finest chefs will come together for one night only to deliver a five-course winter warming dinner. Kane Pollard of Topiary/Sol Rooftop, Clare Falzon of the Barossa's Hentley Farm and Adam Bowden from the Adelaide Hills' Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard will create the menu the way it would have been done 100 years ago: using the whole animal and vegetable to minimise waste and respect our environment, sourcing what's freshest from gardens and local communities - along with foraging - then accentuating these winter flavours with ingredients from the chefs' larders, preserved from seasons past.
Featuring wines from Hentley Farm and Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard, the evening will begin at 6pm with drinks and canapes before guests are invited to take their seats and watch the chefs at work in the Plant 4 upstairs open kitchen. This is a dinner not to be missed!
