Jacqui Challinor

As head chef at Sydney’s Nomad restaurant for the past four years, Jacqui Challinor enjoys creating beautiful food from scratch. 

Jacqui’s passion originates from her childhood, being brought up on the flavours of the Mediterranean with her mother’s Maltese heritage. These authentic and bold flavours are infused into her cooking, whether it be through roasting, curing, barbequing or smoking and it’s this dedication to flavor that has seen Nomad receive 3 consecutive chef hats.
