Paul Baker is Head Chef at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant in Adelaide. 

Paul has previously worked under the guidance of Matt Moran, before stints in restaurants on the Great Barrier Reef and opening the 6 Star Naladhu Resort in the Maldives. 

Paul fell in love with South Australiaa’s abundant, fresh produce on a visit to his wife’s hometown of Adelaide, and has developed relationships with small, local producers to ensure the food at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant supports his ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy.
