Peter is a multi-award-winning chef and head Chef at Vintners Bar & Grill, one of the Barossa Valley’s longest operating restaurants. Peter has a passion for fresh, local produce and uses his extensive experience in the kitchen to marry flavours and technique to tantalise tastebuds.

Vintners has won many awards, including Best Regional Restaurant several times and is recognized as one of South Australia’s landmark food and wine experiences.
