Featuring a selection of Adelaide’s best cheese from producers including Section 28 and the Smelly Cheese Shop, guests will be treated to an evening of traditional raclette and fondue, served with traditional condiments and crudites for dipping delight. Hear from head chef Gabriele Pezzimenti and his produce partner cheese and wine experts – who will offer an educational guide to the evening’s food and drinks.
