Dey is among Adelaide’s best-known chefs, loved for the Indian dishes served across the city for decades. Today she leads two venues – Ragi’s New Deli and Naancho Naancho Man on Hutt Street – along with making regular appearances at events and offering cooking classes to share her acclaimed recipes.
