Prospect’s Anchovy Bandit latest Chef Series is in collaboration with Jake Kellie, a star shaking up the Adelaide food scene. The lauded Kellie will join Anchovy Bandit’s Shane Wilson in the kitchen for one night only, with the pair creating dishes inspired by the traditions of Italy.
While the evening’s menu is under wraps for now, each course promises an unusual use of ingredients that to purists may seem out of the ordinary in an Italian kitchen. Expect an evening of culture and culinary creativity from two of Adelaide’s brightest talents.
