Fresh truffles, foraged local mushrooms and native ingredients will feature across a bespoke set menu from head chef Zak Kranjcec. Each of its four courses will be paired with a South Australian wine. Taste local fare at its seasonal peak and learn more about the foraging process and the state’s remarkable variety of funghi.
