Jacqui’s Food Fetish brings you the Wild At Heart Dinner where two of South Australia’s most esteemed chefs – Tom Tilbury (Press Food and Wine, Gather) and Topiary dynamo Kane Pollard – are set to prepare a feast inspired by all nature has to offer. Experience the pair at their creative best as they feature native plants, herbs, fruits, seeds and flowers alongside the state’s most premium wild meat and seafood.
Tilbury and Pollard have a long-held passion for foraging, an age-old artform based on respect for nature and seasonality. This deep connection with ingredients picked and plucked from the wild guides their craft as truly local chefs.
Snacks on arrival will be followed by a four-course dinner. Watch the chefs at work in an open kitchen at Victoria Park Social Club, found in the site’s heritage-listed Bookmakers League building.
Expertly matched selections from South Australian labels Wangolina and Scintilla Wines will be served during the meal.
