Exceptional Eyre Peninsula produce is set to star in this very special city feast.
Boston Bay Smallgoods owner Jason Stephenson will be in action on the night, working alongside the Victoria Park Social Club Chef and Owner Rob Paglia and his team to deliver an unforgettable long table dinner. Expect five courses made with the freshest fare and crafted as a celebration of winter. Eyre Peninsula seafood, meat and vegetables will feature.
Stephenson – a familiar face in Tasting Australia’s Town Square – has revolutionised pork production best practices. The heritage pigs raised on his family farm near Port Lincoln graze across natural bushland, an ethical and sustainable approach not seen anywhere else in the world.
Drinks and snacks beside the fire pits will begin the evening, with guests able to watch the kitchen team in action in the outdoor cooking area. Chat with chefs, producers and winemakers throughout the event, learning more about their craft and the bounty to be found on South Australia’s West Coast.
You’ll be hosted in Victoria Park’s historic Bookmakers Building, the perfect setting for this seasonal treat. Ticket price includes specialty cocktail on arrival and paired wines with each course.
