Chef Anthony Julianto from Bush Tukka will lead a cooking demonstration, giving you a true bush food experience and highlighting indigenous herbs and spices sourced from local farms. Take part in the demo and then enjoy the fruits of your labour as you tuck into your culinary creations. You’ll also take away recipe ideas featuring native ingredients to try at home.
Say.kitchen is an initiative of St John’s Youth Services and is a community hub incorporating a café, gallery and event spaces. It represents the gathering space in a home where food, companionship and conversation are shared.
