Get tips and tricks for recreating churrasco cooking at home on your own charcoal barbecue, with live fire cooking demonstrations from the southern hemisphere’s one and only Weber Grill Master, Laura Romeo.
A local butcher will showcase specialty Brazilian cuts of meat and guide you through the process of selecting, preparing and carving each one.
Guests will enjoy paired beverages with the meal’s three courses and can also purchase additional drinks throughout the event. A culinary journey to South America awaits across this fun-filled evening.
