A mystery three-course menu from National Wine Centre executive chef Steven Clark will combine innovative textures and flavours, showcasing the best South Australia has to offer and igniting the senses.
Every table will be hosted by a South Australian winemaker, who will pair their unique wine to each course and guide guests through a blindfolded dining experience.
Proceeds raised at this Tasting Australia event will support South Australia’s oldest charitable service provider: Can:Do 4Kids.
