One of Adelaide’s newest and most exciting venues – eleven – is bringing the best of the south-east and the best of the north-east to the heart of the CBD.
For one night only eleven will unite two of Australia’s most highly regarded food and beverage producers: Mayura Station and Henschke. Both are at the absolute peak of their industry. Treat yourself at this rich and decadent dinner.
You’ll start with sparkling wine and canapes at eleven’s open-air bar before moving into the restaurant for a four-course tasting menu showcasing the best of Mayura Station and Henschke wines.
Mayura Station is one of the most highly awarded cattle farms in Australia. Found near Mt Gambier, its temperate climate, fertile soils and gently rolling hills provide the perfect grazing environment for 100 per cent full blood wagyu cattle.
Henschke is among the oldest and most highly regarded family-owned wineries in Australia and enjoys global reverence for its award-winning wines. With 150 years of wine making history across six generations, the Henschke family’s contribution to the Australian wine industry is simply immeasurable.
Accompanied by Justine Henschke and Mayura Station’s head chef Mark Wright, experience a culinary journey exploring the many tastes, textures and tannins of Mayura Station beef and Henschke wines while hearing about the history of each producer and the constant pursuit for excellence that makes these two iconic South Australian brands so respected and sought after.
