Festival Director Karena Armstrong will serve Boston Bay hogget, kishik sheeps milk labne & garden fluff from the Salopian Inn garden. The Salopian Inn at McLaren Vale, is a jewel in the crown of regional dining in Adelaide’s south and as co-owner and chef, Karena has stretched her ideas and enthusiasm to develop a surprising, seasonal and ever-changing menu centered on Asian flavours and timeless techniques.

Our menus utilise regional produce at the height of its season and take months of careful planning. Many of the dishes featured will not be adaptable for particular dietary requirements. Read more information here. This event can cater to vegetarian and coeliac dietary requirements, although the menu may not be designed or executed by the visiting chefs.
