Five Regions Restaurant offers a fresh take on seasonal degustation dining, inviting a new winery partner to its kitchen every two months to collaborate on a menu inspired by the maker’s region of origin, history and winemaking style.

Now, exclusively for Tasting Australia, the restaurant will welcome five of its previous partners back for a one-night-only event, showcasing some of the biggest names in South Australian wine alongside a stunning five-course degustation packed with local flavour.
