Overview

Topiary and Kuti Shack are joining forces to create a seafood-driven menu featuring some of the freshest seasonal ingredients to represent each restaurant.

Sustainably sourced seafood, foraged garnishes and seasonal produce will all feature. This five-course meal will be served at Goolwa’s Kuti Shack, nestled in the dunes of South Australia’s best-known cockling beach. The Topiary team – led by acclaimed head chef Kane Pollard – will forage in their local area before heading to the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Kuti Shack is the result of Goolwa PipiCo and its Kuti Co partners sitting down with a couple of mates – Brendan Roach and Vanessa Button – who just happened to be really good at cooking. This fateful gathering led to the restaurant’s launch in late 2019.

This event does not cater for dietary requirements.
