Join head chef Daniel Murphy as he showcases dishes from FINO’s award-winning kitchen, highlighting flavours of the Barossa and South Australian producers such as Gumshire Hampshire Pork. Learn how to make vache curd dumplings and king prawns with fermented chilli, plus some of Chef Daniel’s secrets.
This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. All ingredients are supplied – you simply need to turn up and enjoy!
