Learn to cook a three-course Italian-inspired menu drawn from stories of Chef Gabrielle’s hometown of Bergamo in Northern Italy and using local supplies from our own Adelaide Central Market.
Think octopus from Samtass Seafood, risotto using mushrooms from The Mushroom Man and limoncello tiramisu crafted with homemade limoncello.
Gabrielle trained in Michelin-starred restaurants and is passionate about local produce from the Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide Hills and many of Adelaide’s finest artisan producers.
His passion – reflected in the menus he prepares at the hotel’s restaurant Market & Meander – will be passed on to you as part of this cooking session.
This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. All ingredients are supplied – you simply need to turn up and enjoy!
