Artisan cheese making with Gina Dal Santo, TAFE SA Lecturer
Learn how to make fresh cheese as Dal Santo shares tips and tricks on how to make the perfect cheese at home. In this class you will learn how to make cheeses that can be eaten fresh or used in cooking.
There will be cheese that has been prepared earlier for tasting and TAFE SA chef Tania Tauakume will prepare some mouth-watering dishes using the cheeses made to enjoy along the way.
This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. All ingredients are supplied – you simply need to turn up and enjoy!
