Plant based cooking with chef Kane Pollard, Topiary Café

Rediscover flavours of the earth as Kane Pollard focuses on specific single fruits or vegetables per recipe. You will learn to draw out as much flavour and texture as possible to create amazing dishes from some of the most basic ingredients.

Kane works surrounded by greenery in an idyllic nursery setting, so it is no surprise this acclaimed chef uses plenty of plants in his cooking.

This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. All ingredients are supplied – you simply need to turn up and enjoy!
