Discover where your fish and chips come from and learn why whole fish are cost effective, more flavoursome and faster to prepare.

Angler is South Australia’s first and only sustainable fish and chippery. You’ll see how to simply fillet and cook whole fish, and be shown an XO sauce that can be used in a variety of ways.

This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. All ingredients are supplied – you simply need to turn up and enjoy!
