Dessert verrines with patisserie chef Jon Mckeigue, TAFE SA lecturer
Verrines celebrate flavour, colour and texture and in this class, you will create your own selection of layered and composed desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Chef Jon will share and guide you through a range of classic and modern patisserie techniques and exquisite creations using local South Australian ingredients, ready for your next dinner party.
This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. All ingredients are supplied – you simply need to turn up and enjoy!
