This Tasting Australia event will feature a multicourse dinner created by head chef Gabriele Pezzimenti – an Italian-born star who will also share his thoughts on what makes South Australian food among the best in the world.
Expect food influenced by the local area – plus the chance to watch Pezzimenti's skills up close as he prepares and serves up a true taste of our state.
Dishes will be matched with a bespoke offering from the Barossa’s Seppeltsfield Winery, plus advice on food and wine pairing.
