This dinner is all about cooking over a roaring open flame. Get set for a three-course feast created by executive chef Chris Wotton – a Maggie Beer protégé – and his team at Norwood’s Republic Hotel.

Expect fine South Australian ingredients grown in the lush Adelaide Hills, fished from the clean oceans surrounding Eyre Peninsula and farmed on the bountiful Limestone Coast.

Wotton’s menu will incorporate slow house-smoked dishes and produce cooked over hot charcoal. The meal is set to be matched with finely crafted South Australian wine. Don’t miss this chance to taste the state’s fare at its peak.
