Hosted by wine writer Nick Ryan, you will hear direct from press* executive chef Andrew Davies, and the folk behind Boston Bay Smallgoods, Gazander Oysters, Coffin Bay Marron & Kinkawooka Shellfish.
The chef-supplier relationship is integral to the success of restaurants and these Eyre Peninsula producers play a key role in the press* story.
Davies will present a special tasting menu to highlight each producer and its world-class produce. All have a unique story to tell – fascinating journeys that have brought their remarkable product to the press* tables, grown and nurtured through passion and hard graft, with an emphasis on sustainability and provenance.
