South Australia's highly regarded Nomad Farms is found on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

What you may know about this family-run farm is that it produces extraordinary, sought-after chicken, beef and other livestock – but what you may not know is its passionate, longstanding and steadfast commitment to regenerative farming. It’s the reason everything produced by Nomad Farms tastes so good.

Making better use of natural resources, restoring nutrients in food, creating rich and living soils is what Nomad Farms is all about. Accolades, respect and recognition have been well-earned and we are fortunate to have owners Tom Bradman and Verity Slee – along with McLaren Vale Hotel executive chef Simon Burr – taking part in Tasting Australia’s Storytellers Series to feed and nourish us.

At this masterclass you’ll snack on some of Nomad Farms’ finest produce, transformed by Simon into beautiful pies and a mouth-watering ragu, while sipping wines personally curated by Tom, Verity and Simon. There will be discussion, insight, time for questions and no doubt moments that will leave you in awe of their desire to challenge the way we tackle sustainability, the impact of climate change, food chains and farming practices.

The session will be hosted by Mandy Hall and is set to shine further light on an inspiring South Australian success story. Gather for what is sure to be a very tasty, thought-provoking event.
