This Tasting Australia Airlines experience will feature four leading chefs with a passion for fresh ocean fare. Travel the rugged Eyre Peninsula and relax with great South Australian white wine – bubbles most definitely included. It’s a one-day escape to a region loved for its wild beauty and remarkable produce.

Jake Kellie is among Australia’s hottest chefs: a dynamo who worked with the likes of Heston Blumenthal, Brett Graham and Matt Moran before leading the kitchen at Singapore’s Michelin-starred Burnt Ends. The New South Wales-born star has just opened arkhé, his new fire-driven Adelaide restaurant.

Sarah Scott is heading to Tasting Australia from her hugely popular restaurant Joy in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. A passion for genuine hospitality guides the venture, with its ever-changing menu always shaped by the seasons.

Fishbank executive chef Tony Carroll has led the Adelaide restaurant since it opened to acclaim in late 2020. Formerly of nearby Jolleys Boathouse, he proudly offers lesser-known species alongside more familiar seafood dishes.

Rounding out the culinary talent for this bespoke journey is Barossa legend Peter Clarke, loved for his work at Vintners Bar & Grill and dedicated to giving both new and traditional ingredients a modern twist.

Our menus utilise regional produce at the height of its season and take months of careful planning. Many of the dishes featured will not be adaptable for particular dietary requirements. Read more information here.
