This Tasting Australia event invites you to experience an elegant Japanese degustation created by the team from Kosho restaurant in North Adelaide. It will feature the freshest South Australian produce: think Coffin Bay oysters, Spencer Gulf prawns, Port Lincoln tuna and kingfish. Each of the meal’s courses will be matched to a selection of premium cool-climate wines presented by Wicks winemaker Adam Carnaby.
Brothers Tim and Simon Wicks purchased their 54-hectare Adelaide Hills property in 1999, drawn to its unique aspects, premium vineyard sites and diverse terrain. Now, more than 20 years later, Wicks Estate is a true family affair – partners, children, friends and even dogs share the fun.
