A Culinary Celebration of Cheese, Food and Wine with Dandelion Vineyards

Embark on an exclusive culinary and vineyard adventure, immersing yourself in the world of fine cheese, gourmet food and exquisite wine.
This experience begins with a walking exploration of the grounds of Firehawk Farm, the McLaren Vale home of Dandelion Vineyards, and a private vineyard tour with owner and winemaker Elena Brooks. Stand among the vines before making your way inside, discovering the rich history of Dandelion Vineyards and the remarkable wines it produces.
Next is a visit to the Wonder Room, which boasts breathtaking regional views and will offer a feast for both palate and eyes. Guests will be joined by Brooks, together with a Secco Fine Foods representative and in-house chef Chris Bone, and guided through an interactive culinary experience of local South Australian cheeses paired with Dandelion Vineyards wines. Relax across a five-course lunch curated using seasonal estate-grown and local produce, and prepare to uncover your new favourite wine pairings in this gastronomic journey.

Please note that this experience will last approximately 4.75 hours, concluding around 3.30pm. Arrival time is at 10.45am at the Wonder Room for an 11am Firehawk Farm walking vineyard tour start. The integrated cheese and wine masterclass and lunch begins at noon.
