Tom Jack has spent his career refining his passion for South East Asian cuisine, including time as Head Chef of Restaurant Two and working with many of Australia’s best including Adam Liston at Shobosho. Jack is currently at the helm of Brisbane's Honto restaurant, working over fire to craft some of the nation’s most exciting modern Japanese fare.
