Go behind the scenes and explore the elements of Bird in Hand’s hotly anticipated new fine dining restaurant LVN. Leading this special preview is executive chef Jacob Davey – formerly of Restaurant Botanic. Beginning in our heartland in Woodside, Peramangk Country, this journey embodies a synergy of places, artisans and culture. Jacob combines elements from the grounds, the land we farm and native ingredients which speak to the philosophy.

A tour of the kitchen garden, vineyards and winery followed by a decadent lunch.

A long pause, taking in the spectacular Adelaide Hills, with rare wines and culinary moments seeped in history.
