Flavour & Aroma Journey With Whisky

Take a sensory journey focusing on the aromas and flavours of whisky. Guests will be led by Full Circle Spirits Head Distiller Rose Kentish and Tasting Australia Food Curator Kane Pollard.
This promises to be an immersive educational experience featuring whisky from all the stages of its evolution. Sample New Make straight off the copper still, Oak & Malt New Make with three-month oak contact, the inaugural and limited release whisky, and honey malt liqueur.
The masterclass will also feature a textural canapé experience, with locally sourced produce from Pollard beautifully matched to the four spirits. Guests are set to head home empowered and equipped with language they can take forward on their own whisky appreciation path.
