OzHarvest: Dinner with Purpose

OzHarvest and Adelaide Oval are teaming up, serving a bespoke three-course dining experience based on our gourmet, zero food waste philosophy. 100% of ticket proceeds will support OzHarvest to deliver meals to South Australians in need.  

Chefs Philip Pope and Genevieve Harris will be curating and preparing a beautiful three course menu using primarily OzHarvest rescued ingredients. 

While enjoying a gourmet meal, Keynote Speaker, Ronni Kahn (OzHarvest CEO and Founder) will share her inspiring story.  Ronni is a passionate advocate and activist renowned for disrupting the food waste landscape in Australia.

Philip Pope, Adelaide Oval's Executive Chef, and winner of the 2023 AHA SA Chef of the Year, is born and trained in South Australia, and passionate about giving back to the South Australian community. Phil is donating his time and working with OzHarvest Chef and Minimal Waste Master Genevieve Harris to create a dining experience with purpose. Genevieve began her career in South Australia, has Executive Chef experience in Adelaide, Sydney, and even Southeast Asia!

Additionally, guests can observe a Live Cooking Demo. Genevieve and Phil will inspire you to create food with zero waste! Gain tips and tricks to revolutionise your home cooking. Learn what OzHarvest does to positively impact our people and planet, as we approach our goal to halve Australia's food waste by 2030!
