Adelaide Hills lamb is the inspiration for this special five-course dinner at the Parkside Hotel.
Expect dishes including house-baked saltbush damper, glazed lamb cutlet and sheep’s milk yoghurt brulée, each paired with a generous taster of South Australian wine.
Guests will be seated in the dining room, hearing direct from the hotel chef ahead of each course. Learn about regional ingredients and local lamb production as you indulge.

House-baked saltbush damper, Barossa vincotto and Adelaide Hills olive oil
Pulled lamb croquettes, harissa-spiced pumpkin puree, mint salsa
Glazed lamb cutlet, fresh mint and pea puree, pickled beetroot, pea shoots
Sous vide and seared lamb rump, mojo verde, house-made ricotta gnocci, parmesan crisp
Sheep’s milk yoghurt brulée, date and fig chutney, biscotti
- Beverages: each course will be paired with a generous taster of wine from Adelaide/South Australian wineries
