Pizza Pizza Seltzer
This innovative dining experience at Hart’s Mill in Port Adelaide showcases all things local: from food to service, location and entertainment. Savour traditional wood-fired pizza complemented by indigenous flair.
Gather in the beautiful flour mill, surrounded by waterfront vistas, for a fusion of tradition, taste and culture paired with native ingredients. Guests will be surrounded by the sights, sounds and aroma of modern wood-fired catering.
The evening includes two creative seltzers: Gangurru native river mint and watermelon, and native lime with strawberry. It will promote Gangurru, a South Australian Aboriginal-owned and operated business, and be staffed by students undertaking further study in hospitality and cookery.
