Gather at Millie Mae’s Pantry on Kangaroo Island for a night of food and wine showcasing the best the region and wider South Australia have to offer. 

This Tasting Australia event is set to highlight the diverse produce and flavours of Kangaroo Island, particularly its endemic and sustainable ingredients. Expect wine and spirits exclusive to the island, together with a Middle Eastern/Indigenous fusion inspired menu.

The pantry gift shop will be open, with a range of local art, crafts and food items for sale. 

Menu includes:

  • A welcome share platter
  • Kangaroo koftas on damper flatbread with a side salad & mulberry reduction
  • Mascarpone parfait with honey and KI figs with a gingernut crumble
  • Mulberry gin cocktail on arrival
  • Rakomelo honey and spice liqueur to finish. 


  • Food: three-course dinner
  • Beverages: cocktail on arrival, plus one bottle of wine to share between two people
