Experience the art of slow-smoked barbecue. Stamford executive chef Darren Greenwood will dazzle with a curated array of delectably slow-cooked meats, including tender beef brisket, sticky pork ribs and spicy chicken wings with house barbecue sauce, corn bread and slaw.
Barbecue platters will proudly highlight an assortment of locally sourced meat sourced directly from Adelaide producers. Each will be perfectly portioned as a sumptuous feast for two.
